General Delivery Policy

In general, the deliver fee will be lower if the delivery location is closer to the shop. Use the postal code search function on the home page to find the closest shops.

We recommend that you place your orders couple days in advance. We deliver on the weekends, holidays and after hours. For some holidays and after hours, we will require special order.

EJoyCity handles the delivery service for all the shops. You must order online to take advantage of this service.


Delivery Window

Time: 9:30am-1:30pm (only for address 6km or less from the shop, time is not guaranteed)

Time: 10:30am-2:30pm (Preferred time, not guaranteed)

Time: 12:00pm-6:00pm (normally delivery completes between 12pm-4pm)

Delivery details

Sometimes these hours may not be available, depends on the shop's open and close hours. If you prefer your own delivery time, please email us first before you place an order, extra delivery fee will apply in this case.

When recipient is not home: First please ensure someone is there to receive the products. Otherwise, we will leave the products at the door. We are not responsible for the products that's left unattended. We do not return the products back to the shop.

Note: Please understand in some special circumstances such as: snow storm, traffic accidents etc, LATE delivery may occur.

Other Delivery Policy

We will not be responsible or refund packages damaged during delivery due to recipient not being home.

Flower Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, flower shop will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
