No extra charge will be applied to morning deliveries for orders over $200 before tax. Addtional 20%-60% delivery fee will be applied to orders below $100. If morning delivery is required, please contact: info@ejoycity.com. Morning delivery is not available on the weekend or for certain regions.
There is a $6.99 cancellation fee to cover the credit card processing fee. If the shop already processed your order, please contact the shop to see if cancellation is still possible. Cancellation must be made by 5pm the day before delivery date, otherwise delivery fee will not be refunded.
If no one is there to receive, the driver will leave the products at the Door and will notify the recipient with a text message (local phone only). We are not responsible for the products that's left unattended and we do not return the products back to the shop.
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, flower shop will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
